  • Aspirant will be responsible to Head a team of CRM and will be responsible to drive the CRM process / procedure strategy.
  • Set CRM Procedures & Systems
  • Capable to develop and manage a consultative, sales cycle with minimal direct supervision and management 
  • Ensure dignified and hassle free Collections.
  • Minimize risks and maximize CRM efficiency.
  • Data analysis and target setting for the achievement of collection target.
  • Customer Interfacing.
  • Responsible for monitoring and achieving the collection target.
  • Holding periodic review meetings with his CRM team to understand the product & market specific problems related to CRM.
  • Must understand Effective utilization of the manpower in terms of the collection executives.
  • Must have hands on approach to specific problems related to CRM.
  • Must have experience and expertise in soft collections.
  • Must have expertise in compliance and strict adherence to Business Rules, policies and procedures in all Collection Areas.
  • Must be able to read through Strategy formulation on the basis of MIS for the previous month.
